Thanks and I can definitely be XXX% wrong on $FICO threat. 

It's just that from working in that space when I had a credit card biz, I know how the underwriting works and how quickly many of them [I think] will change if it saves them even a few dollars. $JPM I could see doing so for sure.

Already, a lot of issuers are doing their own FICO-like score internally and cut out FICO entirely.
