The beauty is that $SCR.TO did it buy buying Montney with stock at ~$40/sh and selling it for cash at ~$60/sh, yet the stock trades at ~$30. SCR was trading at 0.58x NAV before they sold Montney above NAV and it’s 0.5x now despite being a pure play w/ no debt.
