This is a pretty clean story, but the problem is the core bis isn't particularly great *AT FIRST GLANCE*. I know nothing about this co. Forecast XXXX yen per share EPS. Net income / OP has been declining since 2018.

mcap: $407m, backing out ncav $69m. Backing out long term investments, market values them at $XXXX million. or ~2.3x op, 4x p/e if we back all this out. yes it's cheap, but the direction is not great. If things were flat or improving, this would be much easier. *I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THE CO*
