How I think AI stacks up to Scale Economics Shared (SES):

SES Flywheel: Lower prices → happier customers → more volume → lower unit costs → more room to lower prices again. Think $COST $AMZN

AI Flywheel: More attention → more data + user-generated content → better models → more useful output → more trust + attention

Where AI breaks the SES promise:
> Uses scale to deepen moats, not cut prices and/or access
> Gets more expensive as it scales

Where AI could exceed it:
> Improves faster than costs rise
> Shares gains with users by having better "free" tools, cheaper plans, open models
> Goes beyond “cheaper” by offering smarter, more tailored experiences at scale
