Aust May building approvals +3.2%mom, but still well down from recent hi. The rise was due to volatile priv unit approvals which rose 11.3%mom.
Approvals are up from 2023 lows but remain soft with the trend approvals ~181k pa which is well below the Housing Accords 240k
