Todd Gilliland was asked on a Ford call today about his role in triggering The Big One at Atlanta. He said he should've left a bigger gap in order to take care of the cars he was drafting with, but he left room for it to be just a racing deal.

Gilliland said he's watched the replays "probably XXX times" and noted that Denny Hamlin got the XX car somewhat sideways which slowed them down, and Gilliland tried to slow down but was getting pushed from behind in what was a tight draft overall.
