Wow, this caught me by surprise. Perhaps, it shouldn't have, since we own $WELL in my TDTT class portfolio... and $AMT in our DGI class portfolio. But Welltower has been on such a tear lately, that it's about to become the largest publicly-traded REIT, surpassing American Tower.
