Will bank issue their own stablecoin or partner with @circle and @coinbase?

Imagine bank gets X% $USDC yield from issuances. (5% paid by owning basically this liquid staked dollar at circle)

And then loan it out on @MoonwellDeFi @MorphoLabs for another 5%?

XX% is pretty good in tradfi knowing the usdc are backed at Blackrock and loan is backed by hard asset like $cbBTC.
