I had a young mining graduate tell me something like this and I hired him on it. 👇🏽After a week of sweatingʻ his ass off underground he had a "dental issue" that "did not allow him ug" for a couple of days. The next day he came to my office & admitted he made a terrible mistake & was thankful I let him go. X months later he was a "senior mining engineer" at SRK. 
Cant find any smart, hard working kids these days who are willing to grind practical experience X X yrs and become the next super.
