Why I XX% APY incentive on the stablecoins is high and not necessary in the @hydration_net campaign and might be a capital drain for @Polkadot treasury! $HDX

$Aave currently offers ~4% APY on $USDC/ $USDT, even if the incentives offered is above ~8%, that would still generate over XX% fixed APY returns for just supplying assets and already beat the markets by a large margin.

There are $5M worth of $DOT planned for incentives that plan to push $75M in stablecoin TVL for the polkadot ecosystem.

If team plans for a stable and fixed return of X% APY per year on stables supplied. This would push the max supplied capital at $125M that is already higher than the planned $75M.

Giving out XX% APY for supplying stable assets might feel that the $DOT ecosystem is pushing out funds for free. That will eventually earn the suppliers around 24-26% APY over a year, which is on the higher end.
