🚨UPDATE: @Unicoin_News CEO Alex Konanykhin tells me that, following my report on the company’s refusal to settle with the SEC, the agency sent a new salvo of subpoenas to Unicoin employees and associates — a move Konanykhin describes as ‘retaliatory.’

The @SECGov declined to comment.
