Investors resume rotation to Europe and Japan according to EPFR data in the week through Wed as compiled by BoA (ignore the "% of AUM column", it's not updated from last week (I emailed them)):

-Global stocks: $7.9bn inflow this week, and huge $250bn inflow YTD;
-European stocks: biggest weekly inflow since May’17 ($6.0bn), $28.0bn YTD;
-US stocks though see -$5.7bn outflow, but still $156bn YTD;
-EM stocks see -$3.2bn outflow, but still $7.2bn YTD.
