Looks like they're buying back XX% of outstanding shares tomorrow from their largest shareholder who is selling. Big buyback. They also sold their U.S. division which was only marginally profitable.

Hikari Tsushin (9435) owns some of this. I'd own it if it was a bit cheaper.
