$DDMPR (-1.0%) was the only REIT in the red. Now that $VREIT declared its Q2 dividend, DDMPR and $PREIT are the only two holdouts. $AREIT (+1.2%), $CREIT (+1.0%), and $FILRT (+1.0%) were the top performers on the day.
