The main legal entity of the Swedish retailer H&M in Russia - H&M LLC - has started the process of liquidation of the company

Swedish H&M Hennes & Mauritz owns the Russian company. In 2022, the Swedish chain, which also owns the COS, Monki, & Other Stories, Arket and H&M Home brands, suspended sales in Russia and then closed all its Russian stores.
