MB REIT Index (-0.2%) fell predictably as rates took another step up. $DDMPR (+1.5%) and $CREIT (+0.8%) were the top gainers on the day. Regular Q4 and higher-than-anticipated FY22 special divs were just declared. $FILRT (-1.1%) was the top loser for the second straight day.
