"@PoopingIRL oh also blood sugar. def check A1C levels cause insulin resistance/genetic diabetes makes 1300-1500cal feel like more hell than it does for other people. I only just found out I was prediabetic this year the diet is easier now with no blood sugar drops /mansplaining over"
