"I was in the military in the 90s. Before Hillary crusaded to "fix" Healthcare a trip to the base hospital involved walking in to a spacious lobby going to the clinic of the provider or test you were there for being called back at your appointment time. Within two years the spacious lobby was a paperwork drone cube farm the clinic wait times could be an hour and "budget cuts" were cited as the reason that active duty tech and doc slots were being slashed.
