"In 2022 an inspector found conditions at the Ridglan beagle farm that were so filthy (filled with urine and feces) that he "experienced nausea" and his "throat and nostrils were irritated for several hours." In 2024 inspectors made two follow-up visits and noted the same conditions and took this snapshot of feces piling up under the cages. (Note the dogs' little feet above the filth.)
