I know some people don't really like watches (fair enough I used to not like them either) - but once you have something nice it is a cool item to keep for life. But the founder is still bringing in XX% of the revenue himself. They have designers developers account managers - but when it comes to sales and lead generation it all runs through one person. And on top of that theres no real system. He has to show up every day and make sure sales happen. I respect the hustle but its not sustainable. Most founders think that because theyre the face of the business they have to personally run every piece of content every sales call every DM.
