"$ENPH has been effectively reducing costs while keeping margins strong but theyre now signaling a shift toward lower-quality batteries to preserve those margins. This suggests that theyve probably done what they can and hit a limit on cutting operating expenses and may be compromising on product quality. Also it faces headwinds from tariffs a potentially softening U.S. residential market and margin pressures.
