"You're missing a key point: $CLOV $OPEN and even $SOFI are all companies championed by Chamath Palihapitiya. Im highly optimistic about this group. As previously noted with declining interest rates and an improving macro environment $OPEN much like $CLOV is poised to deliver robust net cash flow and operating income. In a few years it could achieve GAAP profitability following $SOFIs trajectory. The market is already anticipating this driving early price action. Multiple rate cuts are imminent as youre aware. The real estate sector wont remain in a downturn indefinitelymarkets are cyclical."
