"DEI is just affirmative action under a new name and on steroids but it has been around for a very long time. So now we have a generation of young adults in politics who grew up without ever being challenged on their views without being subjected to rigorous analysis or even constructive criticism but rather nodding heads and congratulations for simplistic empty and vapid thinking and phraseology out of fear of being offensive. Low expectations of them have led to praise and now these folks think they actually are smart and have no training in dealing with criticism let alone real work"
