There are reports of widespread fraud and abuse by Indians in the US, particularly with H-1B visas, with whistleblowers coming forward to detail how Indian companies and individuals are exploiting the system to gain employment and citizenship. Many Americans are being illegally laid off or shut out of job opportunities as a result. There are also allegations of Indian nationals committing crimes in the US, including attempting to murder a Sikh activist and soliciting sex from a minor.
