"Yes and no. Curve doesn't make money from Yield Basis swaps directly but it does make money from the automatic arbitrage which uses normal Curve pools. Also X% of YB goes to Curve which will be used to incentivize crvUSD stableswap pools. "Yeah. The credit line of crvUSD from Curve to Yield Basis is at X% interest rate so no money made there. But YB will be used to incentivize crvUSD pools which will cause more "normal" crvUSD to be minted which means more interest revenue. Also once there are Yield Basis pools for all major tokens onchain traders might start holding crvUSD just for the convenience of trading. Which means even more minting"

On Liquity if your rate is too low below the market rate your trove could get redeemed. Pros and cons to each approach.
