"Totally fair question but thats not how the system works. Even if there are a lot of liquidations USDL doesnt freeze and the system doesnt collapse. Liquidations strengthen the protocol because they remove under-collateralized debt and bring the system back to full collateralization. And on the redemption side USDL is always redeemable because youre not redeeming from the system youre redeeming PLS from the lowest-collateralized Vaults. Theres no scenario where more USDL exists than PLS to redeem because every USDL is created only when someone deposits PLS as collateral to mint it in the"
