"Not sure on what basis we can say its better than London/New York.what stands out in those cities is that pretty much everything has been built in a planned way such that there is seamless integration between roads mass transit suburban rail etc. India unfortunately is not doing it that way.yes in an isolated way we can say some projects are good but they dont blend well with the rest of City infra. Delhi NCR is the only metropolitan region where there is some effort towards doing this"

"But as it stands in India majority of physical gold buyers have been duped to an extent on the purity part.most people dont know this since the majority never sell Gold. ETF is a highly regulated product so not being backed by physical gold - not sure how and why that could happen. I think the one big advantage of physical gold is that one is highly likely to hold on it through its ups and downs"
