"@davidfaber $SIRI $BRK Why wouldnt BRK want to approach SIRI to do an equity/debt swap here Somewhat similar to the OXY deal SIRI is overlevered and even a partial debt swap would boost BRKs ownership at minimal cost as well as SIRIs crazy low equity valuation. Win-Win"
