"Each one was different. Covid generated a huge v-shape recovery. But the Ukraine war SBX Luna collapse happening confirmed a bear market. I don't see a v-shape recovery here but one more push down could trigger that IMO. Honestly it's all manipulated anyway. All upside moves are sold off by bots.
