"investors know the risks buying shares. If the shares are worth .50 then let it go to .50. This idea of artificially propping up the shares then turning around and stopping it's climb back up is all market manipulation. The Nasdaq halted trading XX times for a total of X 1/2 hours. For what reason An investigation should be opened into Nasdaq conduct. Automated or not it's manipulation. It hurts the company and investors"

"Halting doesn't stabilize the market it makes it less stable. You are artificially creating a false price and not a true price based on market demand. Not only that you are masking other possible bigger problems. For example if the price were to trade freely without halting and were allowed to go to say $XXXX. The bankers would then be held accountable. By artificially pricing it at $XXXX or $XXXX those same bankers can then point to the market risk instead of their mistakes. Let the true value be known immediately you are harming investors by smoothing out mistakes. Also by halting up side"
