"Here's what I think is happening with $HSDT. See if it makes sense. PIPE and warrant insider investors are long from $XXXX. $HSDT spikes to $25+. These investors can't sell or exercise warrants but they want to short the stock to lock in gains. Borrow costs for stock to short spikes to 400+% per annum at retail broker-dealers. Insiders borrow stock and short the crap out of $HSDT and stock collapses over three days. Even with a XXX% per annum borrow a lot of money is made in X days. But Insiders can't cover their shorts and capture their gains until PIPE and exercised warrants become freely"
