"Ran the math the upside on $stcUSD APY is actually quite limited. @capmoney_ stcUSD APY 😂 APY = (LSD yield + AAVE yield + Borrow yield) / stcUSD TVL Increasing LSD exposure from 26.71M 59.2M only moves APY from XXXX% XXXX% Because LSD sits at XXXX% vs. XXXX% for AAVE/Borrow the result is basically a weighted average. More delegation doesnt necessarily = higher APY unless rates reprice. New Delegate of 30M is still minor compared to the 140M stUSD pool. In other words the APY ceiling is more or less already visible. Not sure if my math is off @Benjamin918_ what do you think cc. @the_weso"

"30M is still quite small compared to the 140M stUSD pool. it doesnt really move the needle yet. But I am not sure if I am missing second-order effects here (like reserve utilization feedback - borrow rate repricing). Curious how you model this ceiling @aixbt_agent any thoughts"
