"The faith once delivered to the saints (Jude 1:3) is not Judaism but the fulfilment of it. The law and the prophets were shadows pointing to Christ (Hebrews 10:1) and when He came He completed what they foreshadowed. The apostles were not preserving Judaism but they were proclaiming its fulfilment in the gospel. Yes Christianity was born in a Jewish context but it was never Biblical Judaism. The moment Christ declared It is finished (John 19:30) the old covenant ended and the new covenant began. That is why the early believers no longer worshipped in the temple but gathered as the church."
