"We centralized the chain protocol configuration by moving hopr/chain-config to chain/config unifying data structures and enabling nix vendoring via OUT_DIR. Network registry checks are now gated behind a feature flag (chain_info.network_registry_enabled) and a non-version-checked chain-config constructor was added for external consumers. We also fixed the Rotsee win_prob oracle address and cherry-picked the fix into the Kaunas release 4/9"
