"I didn't redefine that. Transferring ownership of gold is the way payments have been made with gold for literally hundreds of years even today. So if you're claiming that physical gold has to physically move for a gold payment to be made then you're the one making up new definitions not me. And if that is what you are claiming then you are obviously right - physically moving gold is incredibly inefficient costly and impractical. But nobody advocates for this. This isn't an argument anyone makes when buying gold or saying we need a gold standard again. Hence your original statement was also a"
