"Still digesting the most recent @Polymarket @NYSE investment news. Its absolutely incredible that a decades old TradFi giant is investing $2B just to have a seat at the table wrt prediction markets. Its really a case of either join in on the new market paradigm or get left behind. Very similar to how most banks are exploring stablecoins and @stripe is spending billions to vertically integrate their crypto stack. On the other hand I cant see a world where incumbents (like sports betting platforms) just sit idle. There will be a battle fought in the markets and in the courts at some point but"
