"Virtuals didnt get listed because of compliance and design of its token. you wont hear an official statement from CB listings on why a token ever gets rejected. you should assume any wildly popular token on Base that isnt listed is for an immovable reason like compliance not ignorance. and yes they (everyone at coinbase) are painfully aware of what they were not able to do but there is no recourse when it comes to compliance. ppl working at Coinbase also dont have blinders on to what tokens are mindshare. they just cannot comment publically on listings"
