"@Kswing6 We don't know the exact numbers of their expenditures but we do know that between payroll ($132M) and other costs (est. $135M based on ATL/TOR #s) they would have $60M left on the books vs the $336M in reported revenue. Theoretically they should be able to spend SOME more (1/2)"
