"We recently settled a slip and fall lawsuit that occurred at one of our properties in 2018. During mediation our insurance company offered to settle at $50000 and the plaintiff countered at $XXX million. So that went no where. The day before the trial started our insurance company offered a high-low of $250000 and $X million. The plaintiff countered at $750000 and $X million. So that went nowhere. During the trial the plaintiffs credibility was obliterated and seeing a loss coming their way the plaintiff interrupted the trial to ask for a settlement offer from our insurance company. Offer"

"@MaxVSegal Yes definitely good market intel but I wouldnt say there are never good deals on Loopnet. X of the XX value add deals weve bought to date were sourced from Loopnet and those deals have performed very well. You just need to find the good deals in the haystack"
