"Why I love $kss Outside of massive CRE holdings is bc it has massive discretionary cashflow that is covered up by depreciation. One example the Adjusted Leverages attached show Q2 vs Q1 2025. As you can see change in Net Debt: Q1- $1.919B Q2- $1.421B Paid off $498M or XX% of Net Debt Even removing the one time $129M settlement has very little impact on overall results- adjusted result would have been only $369M or XX% net debt pay down. Why this is relevant Because Im a value investor and really care about destruction of shareholders value. Even with a X% sales decline $kss management posted"
