"censorship of transactions in mempool has nothing to do with "censorship resistance". Bitcoin is censorship resistant through its monetary immutability after those transactions are permanent on-chain. What happens before that is not monetary censorship at all but rather: it's the protocols rules. Sure its jpeg censorship but its certainly not monetary censorship at all"
