"@AztecNation23 @jasonkredline The MWC teams were to reverse merger with the PAC2 teams specifically so they would not lose all the money as you suggested. They were contracted to in good faith negotiate a merger which PAC did not. PAC will pay MWC the money. 😁"

Where it gets grey is MWC ability to spend that money before an exit fee amount is settled. At this point no ruling by a judge prevents that"
