"Allegiant is the rocket fuel lifting UNLV from bottom dweller to contender. Allegiant is owned by the Las Vegas Stadium Authority with UNLV having a board member but not the Raiders. Raiders have a timed lease while UNLV has permanent status in Allegiant. PAC made a mistake"

Their wording in it is precise for defeating an antitrust claim giving MWC a carefully prepared legal advantage"
