"Federal Officers were engaged in a foot pursuit with this suspect. I helped out. Unknown to me the Feds had to retreat back into the ICE facility. Portland XXX refused to dispatch officers to our location. Even after we told them we had him detained even after we told them he was fighting even after we informed them that more ANTIFA were closing in and we were about to be assaulted which we eventually were. The city failed to provide equal protection under the law. Now ask yourself why. PPB had officers 1-2 blocks away that night. We have more videos and are waiting on the XXX call recording."
