"@lundeen_ne I expect share count to be close to 315M end of 2025 as both IPG and OMC continue buybacks rest of the year. Buybacks may accelerate in 2026 and 2027 beyond $600m annually post merger if OMC remains depressed. I am using $2700M as FCF as the $3B is Op Cash flow"
