"I disagree. Unless you're building a FinTech startup Finance bros typically have less imagination and conviction in a startup. If they're VCs they'll only invest in a startup once there's consensus but then it'll already be overpriced/oversubscribed. Tech Founders should lead tech startups and also incubators/accelerators. YC's first Unicorn was Dropbox and YC only invested $15k in them. The best startups/founders don't need more investment $$$ they'll just a find a way and a small angel check and a community of actual founders who support each other was what enabled YC to be the best"
