"Exactly. It's just a statement you put onchain saying hot wallet A can act on cold wallet B's behalf. It's up to the app to interpret what this means. In the case of the Monad airdrop this would be allowing hot wallet A to claim cold wallet B's airdrop. A delegation doesn't magically give your hot wallet control over signing arbitrary actions AS your cold wallet. It can only act on its own. "Fascinating. This is basically like Railgun or Tornado if you could use deposited funds throughout DeFi. Basically it anonymizes the originator for any action by pooling everyone together and using private identifiers to distinguish between them. One thing I noticed is that they require you to KYC to your choice of a variety of platforms in order to use it if your account value exceeds $1k. I will refrain from using it for this reason"
