"Not surprising exchanges including Binance had trading system issues during the meltdown this month. Binance prices were much much lower than market avg price. Coinbase actually had a 5-10%+ premium on avg spot prices for a few hours on many symbols after the liquidation wick. MMs and traders had issues implementing their risk controls and moving funds around. The most trouble I experienced was repeatedly hitting rate limits running out of funds to place bids on some orderbooks and hitting exchange risk controls and getting account temporarily frozen for a few days. How inconvenient but"
