Well Kevin I feel ya. - This week I passed the CFP (Certified Financial Planner). The CFP is like an MBA but for financial planning (true nerd stuff). Now look three fancy letters behind my name won't change my business. Yet it shows our clients a trait that I care deeply about Constant Improvement.
