Strikes by postal workers or teachers have massive implications on society at large and cause mass disruption. The legality of their strike is not in question however the demands they're asking for would never be feasible from any employer outside of government. Any private business faced with this type of union with absolute power to extract unfair wages from the taxpayer would fail immediately.
