"I honestly think Leonidas that most people in producing countries even like our friend Gerald here @GKatabazi who is working non-stop to try to improve market conditions for small-holder #coffee growers in Uganda are so impressed by the record VALUES reported for #KC prices that they forget - as the entire IMPORT market as well - that near-all growers in the world are reporting an average of only XX% of the regular crop volumes due to massive losses from weather disasters so the "actual gains" are in about XX% of all grower cases WORLDWIDE about the same as when #KC was at $1.60-$2 My dear"

"As I have said many times here Uganda and Honduras are the only X #coffee producing countries in the world with REAL political leaders and policy working hard to improve conditions for their #KC growers and integrating actual coffee policies - but even with the political support it has NEVER been easy to expand or increase coffee production and the very same cases of Honduras and Uganda go to proof that; *Honduras started a major country-wide renovation program back in 2008 and saw output rise from about 4M to 6M bags in the next 10-15 years but even TODAY because of the fast growing weather"
